Not the friendly of places, rather clicky and arrogant clientele. Getting very expensive so my advice is walk around the park. You need to join a lot of classes to get the best from your membership.
its great but i wish it opened at 5AM instead of 6AM! my home club and would love to go here before I commute into london

I went on a guest pass, staff was friendly and plessent on reception and in the gym, great equipment and lovely sized pool which I am going to use next time. The only downside to this gym was the cafes food quality was very poor in my opinion on the day I went and for the prices paid i could of got a nice healthy meal deal at tesco and still had change.. The wrap I had was soggy and horrible and didn't taste very good. But overall a very good gym the equipment has USB ports to charge phone and you can also plug in earphones and watch TV on some of them so it's a great gym... If your unsure after reading this review head to their website and get a free day pass like I did to try the gym and pool for the day to see what you think x
Best health club I have ever been to. I was recommended it by a work colleague. As soon as I was shown around by Luke I signed up straight away. Brilliant equipment and jaccuzzi spa pool. The pool is great as well as the indoor and outdoor lounging areas. All the staff are so warm and friendly and I am always left feeling like a valued member. Its always great to arrive to the big smiles and warm welcome of whoever is on reception. Classes are excellent and so too is the cafe area and the girls who work behind it. I am very happy with Nuffield health at Chiselhurst. If anything could be improved, in my opinion, is it could have better quality hair and body wash that works up a lather. Excellent club though and I happily recommended it to a friend who also took out membership as soon as she tried it.

My first week in and here are my thoughts.. Pool is ice cold, spa needs some looking into as it’s never consistently in use, pool is fairy small but does the job. Upstairs gym has some really nice equipment and does the job just fine. Staff are friendly. Little things can go a long way. For the price I’m paying I’d expect this to be 5* but unfortunately I must be honest. Please try before you commit. Hope this helps.
All I need for my exercise. Water and gym. Therapy in jacuzzi and steam room.
